Alanya is one of the biggest tourist destinations in Turkey. Alanya attracts yearly 5.250K tourists. On the other hand, 45K foreigners have bought the property in Alanya and most of them are living in Alanya permanently. In Turkey: Social spaces will be shut down
Turkey’s Interior Ministry on Monday ordered all cafes, theatres, gyms and other similar social spaces to be closed beginning Tuesday in a bid to halt the spread of the new coronavirus. According to the ministry’s order, all cafes, gyms, theatres, cinemas, performance centres, concert halls, wedding halls, music halls, beer halls, taverns, hookah lounges, internet cafes, all types of game centres, amusement parks, pools, Turkish baths, saunas and spas would be closed until further notice after 12 a.m. on Tuesday.
Shopping malls and restaurants will be able to operate normally as the order does not include such businesses.
The move came shortly after Turkey’s top religious authority, the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), announced a nationwide ban on prayer gatherings, including Friday prayers, in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
In Alanya: All events and organisations are cancelled
Schools are already closed in Alanya and Turkey. Alanya municipality disinfected common places such as culture houses, schools, sports arenas etc.. Meantime Antalya greater city municipality disinfected the city busses in Alanya.
What we have to do against Corona Virus?
We stay home as long as we do not need to go out.. and 14 rules.
