More UK tourists will be drawn to Antalya and Alanya thanks to FreeBird Airlines

Due to high demand, Freebird Airlines has announced its summer 2025 flight schedule earlier than in previous years. In particular, the airline will be offering more options to passengers in the UK market by introducing daily direct flights between London Gatwick Airport and Antalya.

Freebird Airlines has been operating non-stop flights between London Gatwick Airport and Antalya since 2021. The airline has shown successful performance this year. In the summer of 2025, the number of flights will increase, providing more travel options from England to Antalya.

Freebird Airlines is expanding its presence in the UK and German markets, offering 50 weekly flights to Antalya from 13 cities in Germany during the 2024/25 winter and 2025 summer seasons.

Freebird Airlines plans to increase seating capacity by 13% for the 2025 summer season. Additionally, all passengers will be allowed to carry 8 kg of hand luggage free of charge.

Derya Kaya Bozay, the Commercial Director of Freebird Airlines, stated, “This has given us the courage to launch our Summer 2025 program earlier. With daily flights from London-Gatwick to Antalya and significantly improved schedules, we have performed excellently this summer with zero cancellations.” She further emphasized, “With the flight options that Freebird offers to the travel market, we continue to demonstrate the value of service and reliability to our customers.”
